Arimann Building Services, Inc. (“Arimann”, “we”) operates the Arimann Time employee time clock. This policy explains what information we collect through it and how we use it.

Information we collect

• From employees using Arimann Time:
  • name
  • mobile phone number
  • preferred language
  • the times you clock in, clock out and take breaks
  • the work site where you tapped
  • a device identifier that lets your phone be recognized on later taps
  • if you allow it, your phone’s location (GPS) at the moment you tap a time-clock tag. We do not track your location between taps.
  • a profile photo (selfie) taken when you register your phone. It is required to use the time clock, so managers can recognize you. We do not use it for facial recognition. A manager can delete it, after which you take a new one at your next tap.
• From visitors to arimann.com: information you choose to send us through our contact form.

How we use it

• To record hours worked, run payroll, keep the time records the law requires, and bill our clients for services.
• To confirm that clock-in, clock-out and break taps happen at the work site. Location never changes your recorded hours; a tap far from the site is only flagged for a manager to review.
• To send you text messages that confirm your clock-in, clock-out and break times, and one-time verification codes.

Text messaging

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from all of the sharing described in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties. Mobile numbers and opt-in consent are used only to send Arimann Time messages. You can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, and HELP for help. See our SMS Terms at arimann.com/sms-terms.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run our business. They are:

• our payroll and accounting provider (Intuit QuickBooks)
• our text-message provider (Telnyx)
• our hosting providers

We also share information when the law requires it. These providers may use the information only to provide services to Arimann.

Retention

Time records are kept for at least three years, as Massachusetts and federal law require.
